Appearance
♥ All of her clothes are altered to accommodate her wings.
♥ Wears her ribbon around her waist.
♥ If she's going to be out for more than five or ten minutes, she defaults to the starter outfits! Clothes are hard to come by and she does not want to wreck them if she can help it. That said, she's a dab hand at laundry and making repairs.
♥ Wears layers, long-sleeves, and pants/tights/leggings. She has a lot of scars and she prefers to keep them covered up! The only scars visible on a day to day basis, including in the dorm, is the ring around her neck.
♥ Any time she leaves Sparrow's house, she will have: a wooden bō with purple wrappings slung across her back between her wings; a collapsed titanium staff by her hip; one, if not two, combat knives in homemade sheaths; her magical pendant, which she keeps tucked carefully away under her shirt. You will never see her without a weapon within reach.
♥ Her icons are a lie! This is how she looks at the moment. Her hair is a short, super fluffy bob with some curl to it; she has chocolate brown and white pigeon wings spanning 13ft in total (she takes decent care of them, but anyone who's ever kept birds will be able to tell that she's struggles to preen them by herself); she very clearly works out.

Body Language
♥ Her default is a state of relaxed(-ish) readiness; she's ready to act or react at very short notice. Keeps a track of exits and entrances, and is vigilant about who and what is around her. Difficult to sneak up on.
♥ She's fairly expressive in general, and pretty bouncy (despite being perpetually tired). She has a habit of actually, literally bouncing on the balls of her feet if she's interested in or excited by something. Likes to clasp her hands behind her back when she's not talking with them.
♥ She tries to keep her wings neatly tucked in, but they get in on the emoting action anyways! If she's feeling threatened or angry (or if she's posturing or play-fighting) they might partially unfurl in a vain attempt to make her look bigger; if she's really happy, her feathers puff.
♥ Right-handed, but makes a conscious effort to use her left throughout the day — she's training ambidexterity.
♥ Violent startle reflexes. She's not about to stab anybody, but they might get yeeted or smacked with one of her staves if they don't get out of dodge quickly enough. Touches from behind are almost universally unwelcome, and she won't tolerate hands going anywhere near her neck.

Verbal / Speech Mannerisms
♥ Speaking voice here, and this is what she sounds like when she's singing.
♥ Polite but not overly formal towards the majority of people!
♥ She uses honorifics. Usually it's [full first name]-san, but if the other person commonly uses a shorter nickname, she might — depending on how the first few interactions go — switch to [nickname]-san instead. If the other person is Japanese, she'll usually go with [second name]-san to start.
♥ The more comfortable she is with someone, the more likely she is to swear like a sailor around them.
♥ Her Japanese pronoun of choice is "atashi". It's incredibly, exceedingly rare, but there may be the odd occasion where she slips briefly into third person.
♥ Pigeon-esque sounds can and do happen, but they're as rare as the aforementioned slips into third person. Most people are not likely to have heard them.

Room
♥ The main feature is the wide, circular bed, on chains and metal tracks to allow it to be raised all the way to the ceiling. Her cute charcoal grey plush toy cat (Ringo) lives here.
♥ There's a spare murphy-style bed with deep shelves on either side. Folding the bed away reveals shallower shelves with sturdy glass doors that can be securely fastened. This bed is usually kept stowed away, and the glass-covered shelves are used for books.
♥ Keeps extra pillows and blankets in her wardrobes.
♥ Crammed under the window is a desk (with storage) and the most comfortable chair she could get her hands on.
♥ She keeps her sewing supplies (sewing needles in a tupperware box, and thread cannibalised from blankets and bedsheets) in a desk drawer, along with a couple of notebooks and some art supplies.
♥ Her space looks comfortably lived in, but in a tidy-ish kind of way.

Routine
♥ Doesn't sleep a whole lot. Oops! On a good night, she might get six hours. Usually it's much less.
♥ Much of her downtime is spent practising her sewing skills, foraging, cooking, and cleaning.
♥ Likes to keep active and never misses leg day! She usually spends at least an hour or two training every day, if not longer — she's got a whole workout routine set out for herself, targeting every major muscle group including her wings.
♥ She doesn't practise with her swords in public, but it's not unusual to find her running through drills with one or both of her staves or with her knife.
